I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for your time and approach to the training. I've had trainers in the past who really stifled my enthusiasm and made the learning environment quite challenging and unnecessarily complicated. Your style of teaching and your support throughout was extremely engaging, and you reinvigorated my interest in project management theory. The trainer really can impact the overall experience, and I just wanted to acknowledge that with a sincere thank you for your contribution to my successful outcome last week.

Hi Mike – before the last day comes to an end, I wanted to take the time to thank you. Thank you for you sharing your expert knowledge and for being patient with all of our questions. I have to add I think you handled XXXX very well indeed. Personally, I felt he, at points tried to undermine and ask quite simply, theoretical questions that simply weren’t relative. And in some cases, caused absolute confusion on some topics. You handled him with the utmost professionalism – I certainly could not have dealt with him in such a manner.

Hi Mike, I just wanted to say thank you for the excellent training course that you have provided over the past couple of weeks. The teaching that you have provided has been excellent and I have learnt a lot. Exam is tomorrow afternoon so hopefully I’ll manage to pass that ok but regardless of the result there, I really feel that I will be able to apply the key principles that I’ve learned to the projects that I’m currently working on, helping me to better achieve my goals.
